As one of the largest real estate offices in Ottawa, RE/MAX Hallmark Group has a reputation for attracting many top real estate professionals. RE/MAX Hallmark Group leadership backs the company Mission and Vision by providing support to its REALTORS® while recognizing their independent styles and business approach.  The company provides services to help ensure the REALTORS® stay focused on the job of serving clients. This is done by:

  1. Providing daily training to ensure that the best possible business practices are shared throughout the brokerage.
  2. Communicating direction on the application of new real estate legislation within the industry.
  3. Holding forums to encourage lively discussion on new legislation. These peer discussions help to instill high standards within the brokerage.
  4. Providing four large offices, one centrally located on Bronson, one downtown located on O'Connor, one west located on Carling and one east located on Innes.
  5. Backing our REALTORS® with a team of six Broker Managers for consultation as required.
  6. Administratively supporting our REALTORS® and their clients with messaging and appointment services seven days a week. Our offices are open with administrative staff to respond to calls and greet visitors the following hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 9PM, Saturday 9AM to 5PM and Sunday 10AM to 4PM.
  7. Emphasizing the importance of giving back. RE/MAX Hallmark Group has established and registered a charity called the Foundation for Giving which provides an opportunity for all REALTORS® and staff to voluntarily contribute through automatic payroll deduction making giving easy. REALTORS® may also join the Foundations committee to participate in the direction of the funds.
