In the business culture today, most Real Estate Agents are results oriented, driven by volume, growth and higher profits. Many of us go through our careers with the majority of our time spent scurrying about: setting goals, writing to-do lists and running from one appointment to the next ? trying to get that deal closed so that we can put more effort into chasing the next one.

I've stepped out of that race and am running in a different one!

I've lived in the Ottawa area for over 30 years and just love it here! I've studied many of the neighborhoods inside and out and am secure in the knowledge that if you are buying or selling in the Ottawa area I can line up sincere buyers or find a home for you and your family that best suits your needs.

I'm not interested in getting anyone to sign on the dotted line without first making sure they understand the buying and/or selling sales process, their financing options, the legal ramifications of their decisions and the negotiating tactics I?ll use to win the best deal for my clients. My role as your agent is defined as making sure I put your best options in front of you so that you have the opportunity to make an informed, timely and correct decision. Only then will I move towards getting acceptance, sign-off and closure.

I have invested a lot of personal time in learning how to listen intently so that I am able to hear what you're telling me in regards to your needs. I promise that I will work tirelessly on your behalf to present carefully selected options that come close to fulfilling those needs. It does take hard work on my part to always live up to my commitments to serve you well but your complete satisfaction makes it all worthwhile.
